I am disappointed

i want to log a complaint i found hair in one of your strawberry white chocolate *****. the hair is black and i tried to pull the hair out only to find that the other half is stuck inside the chocolate bar. please get back to me asap, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS LINDT IS AN EXPENSIVE AND A WELL KNOWN BRAND.
