Disgusted - Lindt Tygervalley

A month or so ago I called the Lindt head office to place a complaint against someone who blatantly verbally attacked me in the store. This shop assistant didn’t want me to speak to the manager so she threatened to call security for me and screamed at me in front of a store full of people. When I went to security to get a guard to assist me at the store - they claimed that she is known to do that. I feel like Lindt does not care about customer service, or at least they don’t want my money since I haven’t heard back from ANYONE after I was told I’d receive a call back. This girl is obviously deeply troubled. All I wanted was to speak to the manager and I got publicly humiliated. Do they allow staff to demean potential customers at all of their branches? Or is this staff member special for some reason? I am just inquiring because I’ve never witnessed such a thing.

There were two shop assistants present, the screaming one and the one who was laughing and looking at me as if I had done something wrong.

Needless to say, I won’t be going to ANY Lindt store anytime soon. And I will tell everyone I know what the staff behave like. And how ‘valued’ the customers are. I’m utterly disgusted.
