Ok Furniture

I had an account with OK furniture in 2013 , then got retrenched which I definitely couldn't pay at the time but made was to pay till 2014 and the balance was R7500. I am then in a position to settle the account now to my surprise I was told by Lawyers Lindsay Walters that the outstanding balance is now R18 200 , which is more than 100% of what was outstanding , so unacceptable that they still charged the full interest rate even after the account was written off :) ..... no settlement discount available to settle the account and a pathetic customer service .
