excellent service and professionalism

Recently purchased from the online distributor in Jhb, professional advise was given during my purchase, and the manager Monique herself handled my order.

However on recieving my purchase i recieved the incorrect shampoo, i called Monique and explained, and she asked me if i would consider trying the shampoo and if it did not work for me she will offer a replacement.

Sadly the shampoo did not work much for me and Monique has honoured her promise of a replacement. Now that in customer service and integrity, what a win #
