Don't use this contractor!

I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Kenneth from this business also know as Impume Lelo Germiston ***. We have a claim with Standard bank insurance for burst geyser Kenneth was sent out to quote. He left the property and called to say he wanted his excess fee paid before work was begun, my husband said he needed to check as this does not seem right to pau before work has begun or completed. The contractor just cancelled the quote. In a time of great distress this contractor was unprofessional. Avoid he sounds like a *****!
