Unprofessional and unprepared photographer will lose your precious memories

The photographer was appointed to do our wedding. She and her daughter took both took pictures. After waiting months for the pictures to get to us, we were sent not even half of them. After enquiry, she advised that she lost the rest of the pictures. All the family photos and photos of the bride and her father is gone. None of groom and groomsmen. The majority of the photos are all extras or scenes. Not really usable. She then promised to refund part of her fee, which still does not bring back the pictures. Still we received no refund and she is not responding well to queries

Do not use this photographer as she is clearly unprofessional and unprepared. She will lose your precious memories
