Complaint Regarding Outstanding Deposit Refund and Poor Service Experience @Linden Lane and AlleyRoads

I had a bad experience with Alleyroads, the company managing Linden Lane Apartments. They have failed to refund my deposit. What is worse is that I never stayed there and I never signed any lease agreement with them, yet the agent has also not returned my money.

The reason I was never able to stay there was because they changed the move-in date from the 1st of the month to the 15th. I was then told to find a place to store my belongings and somewhere else to stay because they had delays on their side. At that time, I was already moving out of the place I was renting. As a result, I had to find another place within two days.

I have been sending emails and calling them, but they still have not refunded me, and this has been going on for over three months now.
