Unresponsive

Absolutely disgusted. The technician came late. I called the office in Linden. Someone told me that he would come in an hour. When the hour passed I called again. ---- no answer to any of my numerous calls and WhatsApp messages. After waiting for hours, I finally called the cape town number. While I tried to explain, the man cut me short. I asked him if he would listen to me, and he put the phone down in my ear. I find that very rude. Not so good on customer service. Finally, a technician arrived and hooted at my gate. (I had been crystal clear that I need to be called to get access to my property) Thankfully I looked for reviews on line. It seems it's best not to allow these people to **** you.
