Smeg repair agents unreliable and expensive!

They are Smeg's appointed repair agents. They charge excessive call out fees, and ridiculous amounts for parts. I paid almost R3000 for call out to repair a broken start button on my washing machine. When my Smeg dryer also started giving issues I decided to rather buy another brand. Smeg and Linden Appliances are unreliable and expensive!
