Bought new washing mashine at premium from them as they said they will do installation. Which i also paid extra for. You would expect them to then at least know what they do. Machine did not fit into space so thought it must be a bit bigger. After first wash my floor flooded. After i took machine out and inspected realise they connected water hose wrong way around. That is also reason why it did ino space due to way hose bends. And they forced it to go in. I fixed it myself in end. After phone call to them all manager said was “sorry”. DO NOT use them. Also had bad experience in past where i asked them to come out for service. After i paid them and service was done it was two days and machine did nit work properly again
