Decent damage report.

I have been battling to just get a proper damage report from ***4 so that I can claim from my insurance. I have one but the insurance want to know WHY a fridge that is supposed to one of the best THE CROMPESSOR IS GETTING TO HOT. Otherwise I cannot claim .
