Failure to Deliver or to Refund the Customer

In year 2005 Merspin ordered machines from Dornier and paid a deposit for 5 amounting to over US$344.000. Merspin failed to raise the balance and Dornier reportedly sold the machines a year later for nearly half the price and went on to deduct in excess of US$59.000.00 claiming financial loses. Leaving a balance of US$166.000.00. Efforts by the company shareholders (Maydeep Investments (Private) Limited) to have this amount refunded or committed to future orders have been unsuccessful.
