Unfinished work, Poor Workmanship, Bad Service
Agreed on a quote with Lindal Pools for R61,300.00 for a 6x3 pool to be installed before the occupation of our newly built home. Deposit was paid in full. Building started a week late, staff were left unsupervised, pool was \handed-over"in a filthy condition which we cleaned ourselves"

In response to above complaint it CLEARLY states in our agreement that it's the clients responsibility to remove the excavated soil. As agreed with Steven (Mr. Wooldridge partner) a TLB would be hired at a cost of R900.00 to shift the soil to the adjacent erf. It was approx 40 cub of compacted clay soil.
Unsupervised work: we have more work in progress at any one time. We do not supervise the digging of the holes. We are however always onsite for the installation of the pool, paving and pump system.
Rainwater build up: a retaining wall was build by Mr. Wooldridges builder AFTER our paving was completed. Prior to that we were informed that the area would be grassed. It was the builders responsibility to provide for drainage in the wall
Pool cleaning: we had scheduled for the following day. We were informed that Mr. Wooldridges father had decided to clean the pool that same evening
Since completion and final handover we have not received the outstanding amount. We will gladly honour our warranties on full and final payment
