Estate Agents Conduct

I made an enquiry with property 24 on a property to view. A lady by the name of Linda Lazarus from her own real estate company said that she will email me the home address of the place will she failed to do. She then phoned me on the day of the viewing and asked me where I was, when I told her that she did not send me the address she asked how long would i take to get there. After i said about 45mins she proceeded to verbally abuse me saying I was clearly not interested in the property and that if I were I would have contacted her and then cut the call. This is definitely not the demeanor of an estate agent whose sole job purpose is selling homes and marketing their clients properties.
