**** Cake Design

<p>This Lady her name is : Lin.She advertise for making person cake for all event and Took the money and never show up with the cake. I place an order 3 weeks back and ask for the cake to be ready for the 17th July 08:00am, I keep on phoning her and whatsapp her but no response until 17:00pm, she said she won't make it .I mean Excuse me..then I ask how about tomorrow morning the 18th July,she still tell me she won't make it. I doubt the cajke was never make and Then she promise she will refund me month end,but then another story come up that She said she is not God and I am also not God,so If she can't give me my money back,I am the one to blame.What kind of person is this?
