Bad experience with the limpopo power

I took my steering rack to the limpopo power steering fit the belt. They fitted the belt and swopped my steering module with the defective one. And they forced the defective module is the one I brought now I'm stucked. They then said to fix it will cost me 17 850.00, that business is a **** is cruel. They don't want to fix while i wait so that they can change your parts.
