I sent a WhatsApp to the store with all the list of material I need them to qoute me on
I sent a WhatsApp to the store with all the list of material I need them to qoute me on ,Then they just sent me quotation numbers and prices then I asked them to send me proper quotation or invoice listing what I will be paying for and even sent them example of what I mean which they didn't and then I made the payment sent the plumber to pick up the material under impression that all that was on the list is there as I paid for all only to find out there are more staff missing and I called them to sort out the issue as I'm under impression that I paid for everything on the list they now refusing to assist meaning it was their plan to rob me as they couldn't send proper quotation or invoice please assist in solving this issue
