What you see is not always what you get

[22:27, 12/26/2020] Tanya: If you are planning on using this company I suggest you do not. We booked and were suggested a party bus and what we received was atrocious, the bus was old and dirty, the blinds did not work, the aircon did not work, there were no laser or led lights. I am not even sure the bus was roadworthy as the driver could not go faster than 60-80km/h and in order to close the door he had to put in a pen as the door does not close, it also only opens up halfway. After numerous calls, we were told on Monday (2 days later) that it was not an emergency so there was no need to call back. After explaining what we received and what we had hired we were met with resistance. They did not care that we were unhappy and actually blamed us for not reading, even though their site said otherwise. There was no interest to find a resolution or explanation for what happened. I would definitely NOT recommend this company at all. Be careful.
