WORST LIMO HIRE SERVICE

I booked chauffeur driven limo hire for my daughter's 18th birthday party on 15 April with Limohirepe. Their website promises you star treatment and i made the booking with Betty. I was informed that the driver is Piet. On 15 April Piet struggled to find my home address which was booked as the collection point. It took several calls to ensure that he made it to the house. I was surprised to see that they are not equipped with GPS or tap and directions for ease of use. My concern however is the fact that the driver had to stop the vehicle smack in the middle of the road on its way to the restaurant with 6 teenage girls in the vehicle. The girls had to stand in the road so that the driver could fiddle with the battery under their seat until the vehicle started again. Nothing in the limo worked, not the radio, not the TV and everything shakes on the inside left the impression that the vehicle is not in a good working condition. The passengers had to direct the limo driver to the restaurant. This morning i phoned Betty to complain about this and she proceeded to throw phone down in my ear and now not taking my calls. Worst service ever and won't recommend them to anyone!
