Worst service ever

I am very unhappy with the service I received at your Somerset Mall store. I have been a loyal customer for years at both your Edward Street and Cape Gate branches. I came to visit your Somerset Mall store and the store was empty, only 1 table occupied. We seated ourselves and waited for more than 15 minutes for the male server to appear. He was playing around with the female staff behind the counter. When he eventually came I queried why he is waiting so long before serving us. He said he was busy.... Busy playing around since he was behind the counter horse playing where we could all see him. He also saw us and continued laughing and looking at us. I strongly feel that this was a ****** attempt. We then got up and went to Mugg and Beam.
