Pathetic Customer service

<p>My wife and I walked into the Canal Walk branch tonight dying for something sweet, The staff stood in one corner not cared about us waiting to be helped. They looked right at us without even saying hello, they just carried on doing their thing while we stood like lost ****s waiting to be helped by them, We ended up walking out empty handed and discussed by the service, never to return. You lost loyal clients tonight. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family.</p>
