Horribly cold service: Limnos Bakery Canal walk

I bought voucher on wiki for Canal walk. The e-mail I have received from wiki deals confirming I bought the voucher was not expectable. "I don't think this is what it should look like" is what the girl (Elmarie) said while screaming for more staff to come and help with customers. ( horrible!) . she then call another branch and when she hung up the phone , instead of giving me feedback she continue serving other customers. when she was done serving the customers, she looks at me and says she was right and she can help me. after letting me stand there for more then minutes!! The print out clearly showed ive paid.
