Horrible Milk tart

I bought a milktart from Limno's on Monday. When I got to the office and cut it, the top layer was like rubber. This only happens when something has been standing in the fridge for to long and it's open. It was horrible to chew and you feel this rubber texture in your month. We had to throw the remainder of the milk tart away as it won't be edible tomorrow anymore. I don't know if is was a batch baked on Friday or Saturday which they are still selling today, but tasted old. R50 down the tubes!!!
