Customer service non existing

We went to the Edward street and was not served after waiting 15 minutes. The waiter who stood around advised us he can serve us now when he saw us leaving. The excuse was we are busy with no apoligy. Not even half of the restaurant had customers. I tried to get hold of the manager and waited how long and then left without seeing her or him. This is pathetic and lately by word of mouth one just hear how non existing service is. I will never put foot in one of their restaurants ever.
