Customer service excellence from Enid @ Limnos bakery-Eike Stad Mall

I’d like to say that I’m very impressed with the after sale service I received from Enid at Limnos bakery in Eike Stad Mall-Stellenbosch. I had a complaint last time about the cake that I bought not being the cake that I wanted but she quickly explained the situation , it was not their error, but a factory fault. She was very helpful & friendly & she efficiently helped me to resolve this matter. I am very impressed by her service & just because of her attitude & excellent customer service I will always buy from them & recommend everyone to go there & support her.
