CUSTOMER COMPLAINT AGAINST MANDY

I placed an order with a woman named Mandy. I have a full email thread as proof of the order I placed.it was meant to be for yesterday 23rd June. The order was supposed to be picked up at your V&A Waterfront branch at 10am.

I arrived at the branch at about 11am and was told there is no record of my order and that Mandy never arranged anything. They also called head office who advised that Mandy was on leave yesterday.

I must stress the fact that THIS WAS MY 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!!

my husband and I were left to stand there..with no cake...no further explanation..just that Mandy is off..and there's no cake.

To make matters worse...none of their contact links on their website works for me to be able to lay a complaint against this clearly *********** woman!! I'm sure she won't even get disciplined for it...it will just be an "oopsie".
