Bad after sales service

I bought Custard Slice from the Kuils River Branch on 2/3/2021 @ 11:50 and came home with it for my wife. After lunch we ate it and found the crust was soft and soggi. This meant from our experience that the cake was not fresh. I phone the bakery immediately and spoke to a lady who introduced herself as Cherri. I shared my experience with her and she promised to call me after a half an hours time. It is now 2 1/2 days later and I am still waiting on her call.
