A very untasteful experience

Dear fellow members On the afternoon of Sunday the 27th of April 2016, myself and family went to limnos somerset mall, which was the worst experience we have ever come across. Upon ordering our coffee, nkosinthi the waiter, took the order from myself, and abruptly walked off without taking the full order from all. We placed an order for two cheese cakes but in take away boxes, but to eat in. The waiter then proceeded to not fathom that we were eating in and when bringing the coffee, which was ice cold, merely dumped the cheese cakes on the adjacent table and again walked off without placing the table with any utensils. We called him back and attempted to place an order for a wrap at approximately 16h30 and we were advised that the kitchen has closed as they were closing at 17h00. This is unheard of especially it being half an hour before closing, and then another waiter simply walked over dumped our receipt on the table next door and walked off. The cheese cake ordered by another person had not arrived in the 35 min we were there, and the two boxes were dumped next to the table. We attempted to then call the manager, and we were brushed aside. In a last attempt we tried again to liaise with the waiter, who proceeded to walk off, again without taking our complaint seriously. We then promptly decided to pay the bill, gave the exact amount and walked out, without giving tip without a doubt. The very next day we phoned to speak the owner, who has not been very forthcoming with the terrible service we experienced. We received no apology and she has merely brushed this situation under the carpet without looking into this matter with an adequate outcome. This situation has left a very bad taste in our mouths, as for a renowned company such as this, this is the worst service, not by only the waiters, but by management included. We will never set our foot in this franchise, and will be advising our friends and family to do the same. Regards, fellow ex and very unsatisfied customer
