30th Birthday cake ordered a week in advance not delivered

I ordered a chocolate brownie cheesecake for my husbands 30th birthday last Saturday and went in to the somerset mall shop to double check my order. They ensured me it will be delivered by 17:00 today. My husbands birthday was today. When we got to the shop they told us the driver never delivered the cake and did not provide a reason. We wanted to speak to the manager but she already went home. I was very disappointed. We invited people over for cake and expected the product we ordered. This is unacceptable.
