Staff fight while u trying to relax having coffee and cake

Went late afternoon for coffee and cake whereby your staff decided to have a little squabble look like the manager not sure telling the coffee bar guy to stop pressing her buttons and go clean your coffee bar instead of talking nonsense dint think it is nice to sit and hear that very unprofessionally surely there is a back room
