Worst ISP ever!!

A whole week has lapsed since the scheduled date of installation and activation for fibre. They made me promises and lured me with a promo for free fibre for the first month, but clearly this was simply a scheme to get me to sign up then delay installation, rendering the first "free" month useless! My family have since lost the initial excitement they had and my 8 year old son thinks his dad is a ****! This Company is an embarrassment and they need to get their house in order. I am absolutely out of negative words to use but if I could re-write the dictionary, under the description for "disappointment" I'd simply place the Voice&Data logo!!
