I open account with Voice and Data for home internet connection. First month it was worse than the provider we had previously, they top previous with poor customer service, internet was majority of the month. Decided to cancel it within the first month. As it was month to month contract. 3 month later after cancellation they still deducting my account and tossing me back and forward about refunding me.
