Voice and data has SH*T service

Why can't there be zero stars? Voice and data should've never existed because their customer service is *******, practically non-existent, their internet is even worse. I only have internet for a maximum of 5 hours a day, 5 F*CKIN hours. I work from home, and I constantly have to tell clients and students to please give me a second while I fix my internet connection, a second turns into days real quick. The only time Voice and Data contacts you is when they want money, even when you say you've paid, they still insist. If it has nothing to do with money, they don't respond, when they do respond, you get the runaround. What's worse is that they don't even give a **** because with all these horrible reviews, you'd think they'd take the time to talk to their customers and change a thing or 2.
