Terrible ISP in South Africa.

This is regarding Voice and Data's business services, at first our business were a client with Greencom where our account has been handed over to Voice and data. Since Voice and data it was strait downhill from there. Firstly they don't have our contract that we have signed with Greencom which is an issue. Secondly network changes are being made without notifying users. Thirdly their ticket system is just a joke as you don't get a proper response. I will never recommend this ISP for business users or home users. This is indeed the worst ISP that could exist in South Africa.
