Making sense of the complains

People can complain.so easy...but maybe not tell their side on what and why. Always blaming the ISP.

Cancellations: you have a calendar month notice.they bill in arrears NOT advance.

Complain about a Line of sight.....you are not the only client and there is a 7 day lead time on new sales.

Accounts....yea maybe they must come and spill the beans. Maybe you are in arrears.
