Avoid this company
I cannot recommend this company and I have to agree with the other negative comments about them on hellopeter and Facebook. Unfortunately I didn't heed the warnings to avoid them, to my own determent. They are quick to take your money and it's very difficult to get a refund when they cannot deliver. They also did not refund me in full.
Here is the detailed description of my experience with Limitless: Firstly they pressed me to pay the full installation fee before installation could begin or before testing if their product would work with good signal and internet speed. Once I paid, they took their time with the installation. They had to come back again and again partly due to poor planning on their part. Because it was over the Christmas period I didn't fuss to much about it, despite promises that if I pay quickly the internet would be up in a few days. When they eventually arrived to do the installation they drilled holes in the wall, then decided to move the the dish a couple of meters to the left and drilled a second set of holes. The workmanship was very poor and untidy, to the extend that the second technician commented on how bad it was. The 1st of the Month came and to my surprise they billed me on time (they seem to be good in that department) and again I paid promptly, the full amount for the month. Despite the fact that I did not have working internet as advertised. a Second and then third technician had to come out and then again the first, because the signal and speed was extremely bad. I paid for a 10mbps line and got below 1mbps. The company is so disorganized that they would phone me and make an appointment and the technician would arrive 5 hours late without any communication. Then they couldn't fix the problem and a next technician comes and blames the previous technicians work (all the technicians blamed the previous guy). At one point they phoned and confirmed an appointment, this time not arriving at all and again not phoning me to let me know they are not coming. They seem to not care that you have to take time of work to be punctual for the appointment. The third technician disconnect the router saying that because my speed was so poor: " I'm pulling the whole sector down". So for seven days there was absolutely zero internet access. After four weeks from Installation and still no working internet, I send an email to the CEO pleading that he would intervene and sort it out. He wrote back apologizing profusely and promised that it would be working before the end of the month or they will refund me in full BEFORE collecting their equipment. He also said that they will credit me for the week that I had zero internet. Come end of the month they still could not sort it out and I received a call from the CEO saying they cant help me and will refund me. During the conversation he changed his story and initially didn't want to refund me for the week that I had no internet because his technician disconnected it. Eventually he agreed to refund me for the down time. They came to collect their equipment, left the two sets of holes in the wall (damage that is now my problem) and left. Again a mistake on my part, I should never have allowed them to collect their equipment before receiving the refund (remember the CEO promised in his email a full refund before collecting the equipment). Then the struggle began to get the refund out of them. After countless emails and calls from my side (all at my own expense, while they made very little effort to communicate with me, ignoring most of my communication) I still did not get the refund. At one point the CEO told me the money was paid a few days ago, I asked him from which bank and it was the same bank as mine so I told him that it is not possible I did not receive anything. He said he will take it up with his office (this he said a couple of times, I will take it up with the office). Nothing happened, no communication from them so I phoned again and got hold of the finance manager. He told me that although he is the finance manager, only the CEO handles the refunds (so the CEO was not being truthful when he imp**** that someone at the office will do it, or when he said as far as he knows the payment was already made.) The finance manager told me that he will speak to the CEO and then phone me back. To his credit for the first time they actually did what they said. He phoned me back and said the CEO will make the payment the same day. That did not happen, I had to phone again the next day. My calls were ignored and then a few minutes later I received a notification of a payment made by limitless into my account. When I checked, surely the CEO didn't kept his word and only paid the installation fee and not the amount for the down time. I am not even going to pursue that, its not worth the effort.
In a nutshell, Limitless can not deliver on what they promise or advertise and they have absolutely no understanding of customer care.
