Limit using Limitless

Pathetic response time. Sent my first request via Instagram dm and email on 22nd August. Received zero acknowledgement of my email until I sent another DM. They then rep**** and promised a quote last week friday.... I am still waiting, a week later. Experienced the same delayed service last year with them when I hired some party furniture. They clearly only want to do the larger/corportate events and can't just stipulate that on their social media. Truly pathetic.
