Quality Concern

At first i was unsure because of the past reviews and the bad experience of others, but i took the risk when ordering some sneakers. Surprisingly enough i received good communication regarding my order, took about a week to receive it. Only down side was the sizing of the shoes and some questions regarding the authenticity of the sneakers. I was not satisfied and arranged with the company for a return and refund of my money, which i did receive as the person i was communicating with on Whatsapp was always available and ensuring that i receive updates on request.

Just a note: If you do request a refund, just know that it will only be processed by the end of the month as this is how the business operates.

A slightly unsatisfactory experience only because the sneakers were not too size and some fine details on the sneaker was not up to my standard.

Overall i will say that communication was good and they responded on time. You can rest assured that you can trust the online store.
