Avoid, too much uncer*****y, I'm concerned

Ordered footwear online (after WhatsApping to establish delivery time frame, stock availability). Paid an extra R250 for "express delivery" (normal delivery 3-5 days) on Monday (for a function on Fri). It is now Wed afternoon. There is no way to track order, my e mails and WhatsApp follow ups are not responded to. One of my e mails finally prompted a reaction "I'm on way to warehouse this morning to check on your order, will provide feedback". Still waiting, no feedback no order
