Terrible service

Worst customer service ever. My husband was contacted to come hear their sales pitch. I called to cancel the appointment as i have already been to 3 of these types of sales pitches.... 3 too many I might add. The lady who answered the phone informed me that she will not accept my cancellation and instructed me to attend.. Did not bother to let me finish. Extremely rude and arrogant .... What a joke.
