Urgently need maintenance done

I am renting an apartment with Limestone Properties and need repairs urgently done. A water pipe in my bathroom is leaking and thus my whole bathroom is permanently under water. I contacted Limestone 3 weeks ago to do repairs after which they send out a handy man to have a look. He said he would be in contacted and I have not heard anything from the handy man OR Limestone since (even after sending numerous emails).<br> <br> I find this service appalling and totally unacceptable. My rent is paid on time every month and I did not sign up to stay in a flooded apartment!
