Maintenance not being fulfilled

<p>I am renting a limestone unit, that their sales rep Andre had rented me and had oversold the no worry free maintenance that comes with this high rental.. Well it has been hell and renting these badly built units with poor customer care with regards to maintenance is not worth the rent I am paying.. I have my lawyers onto it because no one ever gets back to you and just an example of a company that cares nothing for their tenants, BUT will threaten you with legal action if you hold back rent.. Bad bad bad!!</p>
