Yoh this development is a **********, ******* development! whatever you think you’re buying will be the opposite. They used cheap materials, changed the design without consent, have a lot of fine print in their contract, you will pay for so many things/costs that you’ve never phantom to pay for especially when buying directly from a development company. Everything was falling apart the first week we moved in, the cupboards fell on me broke my bottle of wine which never got replaced but since promised. We had a list each of about 200snags that we had to (some) pay from our own pocket to fix. Don’t ever ever in your life no matter how beautiful it looks buy from them.
