Limerick Lodge not worth a visit

We booked at the caravan site along the river, staff friendly and while you can't blame the lodge for nature it should mention that this resort is a working farm, also huge cattle farm across the river. Huge amount of flies also the small black biting fly. For someone that has a allergy to there bite, it equates to a very unpleasant weekend. Also with it being a farm there is an unpleasant smell. My question is as a resort should there not at least be some sort of pest control especially for the black flies. The bathrooms are not usable at night due to the swarms of insects, no warnings on door asking campers to close door and switch off lights. I would not recommend this resort, ablutions below average and not value for money spent.
