Shame on you Limelytonline!!!!!!!!!!

On the 26th of May 2017, I ordered a long sleeved fur coat, medium size, colour: green from the Limelytonline website. The order was confirmed and I was given an order number. The website says delivery time is 4 -7 days, but I only received my order on the 04th of July 2017. When I opened my order, it turned out that it was not what I had ordered. I received a long sleeved fur coat in Large and Lilac colour. On the very same day(4th of July 2017) I sent Limelytonline a text message informing them they had sent me the wrong order and requested a refund. They apologised and promised to send someone to come and collect the wrong order, which they did on the 11th of July . On the 12th of July 2017, Limelytonline informed me that they were going to do an Electronic Fund Transfer and send me proof of payment. From the 26th of July 2017 I have been reminding them about my refund and I'm not getting any response. I have noticed that they have now blocked my number. I can’t get through to them on the cellphone number they use. They don’t respond to my emails, Whatsapp and DM's. I want my money bac****! Do not buy from this company, they're shady people!!!!!!!!!!!
