ROTTEN SERVICE

I am very disappointed about the bad service i am experiencing about the loan, up to this date i have not received the approve loan funds into my account of R1000.00 but today you have deducted the loan repayment ,

I have tried numerous times to call *** you contact number it will ring for a while and goes off while holding nd this is the second email sending without any reply.

How can the repayment be done while i have not received the fund yet into my account . what kind of a service are you rendering.

This is not acceptable at all, i need my R1254.37which was deducted back into my account Today.
