I spoke to a VERY friendly agent Svanna, from the Mbombela office. I had the problem of sending a parcel TODAY. With a slight giggle she pointed out that they have a brand new office at OR tambo, so no measurements on email, or difficult conversations. Easy. Take the parcel to the OR tambo office, get the price, pay. Boom.

Super convenient. So thanks to limetime for opening the new office. And please, give Savanna a raise, that girl deserves it.
