LimeTime driver really scared me

I have used LimeTime shuttles for years, and been very happy with the professional service I received.

However, I was very scared on one of the trips I took: last week The driver seemed tired and agitated (he kept opening the window and moving in his seat while driving). He was also eating and checking his phone while driving. Moreover, he tailgated some drivers on the road, being much too close to take evasive action should they stop suddenly.

I am not sure what LimeTime’s policy is about: Giving drivers breaks Prohibiting eating and use of cellphones when driving Doing an advanced driving course to instill a culture of defensive driving.

If there aren’t policies to regulate this, I strongly urge they be put in place.

I will use LimeTime again but I hope urgent action to keep everyone safe on the roads.
