Exceptional service from Savanna and Vaughn at Limetime!

I would like to give a very special thank you to Savanna and Vaughn for the wonderful assistance they gave us when my 18-year-old daughter travelled alone from OR Tambo to Klerksdorp.

As a mother, I was understandably quite nervous about her travelling alone with a company she had never used before. Savanna was incredibly kind and reassuring. She personally contacted my daughter to make sure she was okay and helped her feel much more comfortable about the journey.

We were also worried that my daughter might be late for the bus after her brother encountered a major accident on the way to the airport. Vaughn was extremely helpful and understanding, and we truly appreciated his assistance in making sure everything went smoothly.

It is these little things that make such a big difference. Both Savanna and Vaughn went above and beyond to assist us, and their kindness and professionalism gave us tremendous peace of mind.

My daughter got on the bus safely, and everything worked out perfectly.
