Bad service 👎
Dissapointed by the shuttle service's incompetence during my flight cancellation. Stranded and desperate for help, but they showed no empathy or assistance. Avoid this heartless service for your own sanity.

3 hours ahead of time.
My flight was canceled at 12 pm
All I did was requested to move my booking but you didn't have any empathy or assistance.
